We seek skilled volunteers to help us plan and execute a memorable Cardz For Kidz Day (August 5th) fundraising event. This date has special significance for us as it marks the 19th anniversary of our founder and president's brain surgery and celebrates our mission of spreading joy through handmade cards for those facing adversity.

Volunteers will work closely with the Cardz For Kidz team to develop a comprehensive event plan, coordinate logistics, secure resources and support, and ensure attendees' seamless and memorable experiences.

We have set the in-person event date of August 4th and have secured a venue. We will also have a virtual card-making session on August 5th. We have also outlined the event's objectives and begun preliminary discussions with potential sponsors and partners. While preparations are underway, our team is dedicated to ensuring the event's success. Once the project is complete, we will fully implement the event plan, leveraging our secured venue and partnerships to coordinate logistics, manage volunteers, and execute the event seamlessly. We will assess the outcomes post-event, gather feedback, and use this valuable insight to refine our approach for future events and initiatives.
