Project Overview
We are looking for a graphic designer for our Annual Report. We have a concept, the copy, and a basic layout, but we need an expert to make it beautiful and don't have the budget to invest. We are looking for a layout for print and some slides for social media and email to accompany the release of the report. The concept is a "the road home" with a road trip theme, and we are a national homelessness charity.
We are building a national movement to end homelessness in Canada. In the last year, we've helped unlock over $65 billion in federal investments, tax-incentives, and low-cost financing for new rental construction and ending homelessness. We've basically done this off the side of our desk as skillful advocates with very little capacity.
We want to start building a real national movement to end homelessness, and having a compelling annual report to communicate our impact is key. But with most of our funding tightly restricted, we don't have the budget to make something visually compelling.
We have an email list of nearly 70,000 people, but are just beginning our journey into fundraising, so only 300 of those people have donated in the last 2 years. Our potential to reach a large audience is big, and we need your help!We have completed all the writing, copy-editing, and are ready for graphic design. Once completed, we will release the report in PDF format and print maybe a dozen or so just for our biggest foundation supporters. We would also like to release some social media graphics which pull from the report to use on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
