I just joined the organization and have learned that there hasn't been a solid performance management / employee review process in place. I would like to roll out a plan, but could use some expert advice in developing the system to ensure it is not just about the employee review process, but rather a full scope performance management system to support employees in growing in their positions and support professional development. Additionally, I would like to ensure that this process can be rolled out for my position as CEO with tools for the board to use in my own review and performance management.
