During this Session, I am looking for advice on expanding our marketing reach. I am six months into a new position as Development Director for a local nonprofit, which has been vacant for six years. We just started a robust CRM system in January, and I found out that more than half of the constituents don't have emails, so we are still sending snail mail. Our social media platforms are okay at best, with growing posts; however, there are not many shares or likes. Over 60% of our donors are over 70, and we must find younger supporters to help us survive.
I am looking to grow our supporters, donors, and volunteers.
