YALDA is looking for someone very experienced in Google Ad Grants to help us spend the full US$10,000 a month we have been awarded. We have put up several campaigns, each with several ads, since last year, but we have faced many challenges that we are not able to solve. We're not able to spend $300 a month because we get very few clicks, even with some reasonable levels of impressions or a high optimization score. Many of our preferred targeted locations, i.e., where we want our ads to show, do not gather impressions. With all these limitations, our Google Ad Grant has not been helpful to us, and we wish to turn that around if we can get some help. We want to spend our full grant of $10,000 a month.
Do you have a strong passion for the development of Africa? Do you have innovative ideas on how the youth can contribute to Africa’s development? Do you want to positively impact the lives of bright and talented young people to make the most of their lives on the African continent? Do you love to network and meet people from all over the world? Then this volunteer position is for you!

YALDA is a networking organization that is truly Africa branded: "By Africans, For Africa!" YALDA is a non-profit international organization that was established by upper-level and graduate Harvard University students to create a resourceful networking database for those with a strong interest in Africa. The network is centered around YALDA branches, primarily at African universities, and serves to increase the capacity of youth in Africa to develop positive leadership skills and to espouse an honest work ethic. YALDA US works on researching opportunities in Africa, fundraising activities, working with branches, maintaining relationships with the UN, and compliance with regulations as a 501c3.
We have already put up several campaigns and web pages to go with our campaigns. We have even tried to set up ads in our targeted location with the native language of the said location, i.e., the headlines, descriptions, and keywords all written in the local languages for the target location, but these ads receive very few impressions and almost no clicks. As of now, we've hit the wall.
