Project Overview
We are looking for a volunteer skilled in copy-writing and communications to help us develop 4 content templates for key storytelling pieces we'd like to add to our website.
As a Blog Content Contributor Volunteer, you will play a crucial role in sharing our mission, impact stories, and insights with our supporters and the wider community. Your responsibilities may include:
-Writing engaging and informative blog posts related to our programs, initiatives, and success stories.
-Conducting research on relevant topics and issues affecting underprivileged communities.
-Collaborating with the communications team to develop content calendars and ideas for blog posts.
-Editing and proofreading blog posts to ensure quality and consistency.
-Incorporating multimedia elements such as photos, videos, and infographics to enhance blog content.
By helping us in this role you are making it possible for more people to find our organization which will in turn allow more disadvantaged youth to get access to quality education and job training.
We already have a blog https://www.gomadnow.org/insights and now we need 4 more template designs made focused on:
1. showing our impact to our donors
2. getting people involved with our charity event, visiting us and volunteering
3. mobilizing companies to send their employees over to Tanzania and/or provide matching funds
4. becoming an individual or company sponsor
We have most of the messaging but just need help putting it together in blog format utilizing Square Space.
