Google Ads Grant Optimization

ICAAD (International Center for Advocates Against Discrimination) is dedicated to eradicating structural discrimination and promoting human rights globally. We have been awarded a Google AdWords grant, providing us with $10,000 per month in ad spend to help promote our cause and reach a wider audience. However, we need expert assistance to fully utilize this generous grant and ensure compliance with Google's requirements.

We are seeking a volunteer with experience in Google AdWords Grant Management to help us clean up old ads, create new and effective campaigns, and train a staff member on the basics of AdWords management. Additionally, it would be a significant plus if the volunteer could assist in building and strategizing new campaigns to further enhance our outreach.

Skillset:
- Experience with Google AdWords Grant Management: Familiarity with the specific restrictions and requirements of the Google AdWords grant program to ensure compliance and avoid suspension.
- AdWords Campaign Management: Ability to audit and clean up existing ads, create new ads, and develop targeted campaigns that align with ICAAD's mission and goals.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing website content and crafting ads that are relevant and engaging.
- Training Skills: Capability to train a staff member on the basics of Google AdWords management to ensure ongoing maintenance and effectiveness of our campaigns.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring all ad campaigns adhere to Google's policies and our organizational guidelines.
- Campaign Building and Strategy: Experience in building and strategizing new campaigns to maximize the effectiveness of our ad spend (added plus)

ICAAD's preparations for the Google AdWords Grant Management project are comprehensive and focused on ensuring the success and sustainability of the initiative. We are prepared to:
- Provide access to the Google AdWords account.
- Discuss Organizational priorities for ad campaigns
- Share information on redundant ads for deletion.
- Supply comprehensive details about the grant program and its requirements.
- Available to explain current programs, brainstorm new ad campaigns and address any queries.
- Commit to receiving training for sustaining the project beyond its initial timeline.
- Ensure continuity and effectiveness in long-term AdWords grant management.

Post-implementation, ICAAD will:
- Prioritize continuous campaign optimization, feedback evaluation, staff training, adaptation to changes, and transparent reporting
- Regularly monitor and optimize based on performance metrics to ensure maximum impact and efficiency
- Ensure accountability to enable stakeholders to track spending, outcomes, and impact
