Project Overview

We're seeking a volunteer to help us maximize our Google Ad Grant. This project will play a key role in our organization's ability to grow brand awareness and impact community members. This project may include the following activities:
-Development of or updates to our nonprofit's Google Ads strategy
-Training one or two staff members on how to update Google Ads and monitor their performance
-Setting up integration between Google Ads and Google Analytics
-Making recommendations for future search engine optimization or content management projects that will improve our Google Ads health

Our ideal volunteer has experience with Google Ads and/or search engine marketing and copywriting skills.

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of foster and underserved youth? Kids In The Spotlight (KITS) needs your expertise with Google Ad Grants to amplify our impact. We empower these young individuals by providing filmmaking and storytelling vocational training, helping them write, cast, and star in their own short films— fostering healing, growth, and employment opportunities. In 2023, we opened our Production Studio with Purpose, a state-of-the-art facility where film and TV industry professionals can work on their projects while giving back to the community. When clients book our studio, they provide direct work opportunities to our youth—last year, we processed over $200,000 in direct payments to our young talent for their work on various productions. To increase this impact, we need to reach a broader audience, and that's where you come in.

By helping us set up and manage our Google Ad Grant, you will directly contribute to the success of our studio, drive engagement, increase awareness, and support our mission. To prepare, we have activated Google Ads for our studio website and secured a Google Ad Grant award. We are prepared to share the login credentials to our Google Workspace. In our first session together, we'll brief you on our marketing goals, as well as our mission, vision, and purpose. Your support in setting up and training of our team members on Google Ads best practices will help ensure the long-term successful implementation of the great work you share with us.
