Project Overview

We are looking for a volunteer to conduct a fiscal audit of the financial statements of The Good Rural for the fiscal year ending 2023.

As we strive to better serve our community, ensuring transparency and accountability in our financial operations is essential. We are inviting passionate and skilled volunteers to join our Fiscal Audit project. Your expertise will help us ensure that every dollar is accounted for and used effectively to further our mission, directly supporting our goal of maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.

Volunteering on this project will provide you with hands-on experience in nonprofit financial management. Your involvement will help us demonstrate our commitment to transparency, strengthen our relationships, and enable us to secure more funding for our programs.All necessary financial documents and records have been identified and organized, including financial statements, general ledger, bank statements, revenue and expense records, payroll records, and more. Internal control policies and compliance documentation have been compiled for review.
