Facilitation of Board Strategic Planning Sessions & Goal Setting Guidance

We need volunteer assistance facilitating planning sessions to develop a 1-2 year strategic plan. We are a financially stable, five-year-old nonprofit with a new, committed board. We do not have someone with strategic planning expertise and are struggling due to a lack in consistency in patterns over the past five years to draw upon. We would benefit from guidance on setting forward-thinking, realistic goals, and an outline for our programming, marketing, fundraising, and staffing plans.

This project is a priority because we understand the necessity of being proactive instead of reactive, which is what has been going on. We understand that growth has been limited due to this.

We have completed a SWOT analysis and would like a list of data to prepare as part of the consultation process. We plan on using the strategic plan to set our calendar for next year. We will then be able to assign roles and deadlines to staff and board members to achieve our goals.
