We are looking for volunteer assistance in outlining and identifying specific items to include in a volunteer onboarding and training platform. We have identified a training platform to improve the user experience of our volunteers as they are being onboarded to our organization and programs. Now we need to fill out this platform with relevant and engaging training materials. This project may include outlining videos to be recorded, identifying best ways for certain information to be conveyed, and the addition of learning objectives and assessments.

We're working to expand our programmatic efforts and as we do, we recognize the need to have a platform that volunteers can go to for their training and information needs. This onboarding platform will help volunteers understand our program better than ad-hoc meetings, individual walk-throughs of content, or sending them to the dreaded 'file folder'!

We have the platform, and an initial idea of the items, but want to outline what should be included in the training, as well as what items will need to be generated. The project will go faster with perspective from HR professionals with a background in onboarding best practices.
