Salesforce Optimization

This project aims to optimize our Salesforce CRM by cleaning up and organizing dashboards, streamlining associated reports, and ensuring our data is accurate and accessible. This project will include refining existing dashboards for better usability, creating new dashboards and associated reports, and possibly assisting with some data entry to ensure our records are up-to-date. These efforts will enhance our ability to track and measure impact, improve operational efficiency, and better serve our community. The volunteer's expertise will play a key role in helping us make data-driven decisions to further our mission.

This project will directly support our mission by enhancing our ability to effectively track, analyze, and utilize data to serve our community. By optimizing Salesforce dashboards and reports, we’ll improve how we measure program impact, monitor performance, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders. A clean and organized CRM system will also enable our team to work more efficiently, saving time and resources that can be redirected toward advancing our mission.

We have set this project up for success by identifying the specific dashboards and reports in Salesforce that need attention and noting key improvements we’d like to make. Our team is ready to collaborate, providing access to the necessary tools, data, and reports to ensure the volunteer has everything they need to work efficiently. We’ve also outlined clear objectives for the project, including cleaning up reports, setting up user-friendly dashboards, and updating data where needed
