Our nonprofit has been utilizing Salesforce with the Nonprofit Pack since 2018. The assistance we need at this time pertains to a new release scheduled to be enforced in Spring'25. We do not have a developer to ensure all the specifications are met and needed adjustments made to our Salesforce prior to the Spring '25 release. We do have a lot of customization to our Salesforce program.

I know both the time and talents of the Taproot volunteers are invaluable commodities. It is paramount that all of the data and customizations to our Salesforce program keep their integrity.

The Taproot volunteer will be working with myself, Pastor Lynn Nys. I will give all needed time and attention the our volunteer to ensure the best utilization of their time and talents.
