Google Ads Optimization

We are looking for a Google Ads expert to help us optimize our existing Google Ad Grants account to maximize its effectiveness and impact. While our account is already set up and running, we need support in refining our campaigns to ensure we fully utilize the $10,000/month grant.

The volunteer will assist with:

Keyword Optimization:
Identifying and refining high-performing keywords that align with our mission.

Ad Copy & Campaign Structuring: Improving ad relevance, adjusting ad groups, and testing new copy to increase engagement.

Quality Score Improvement: Ensuring compliance with Google Ad Grants policies and maintaining high-quality ad performance.

Conversion Tracking & Google Analytics: Setting up measurable goals to track user engagement and conversions.

Performance Analysis & Adjustments: Monitoring key performance metrics and optimizing bids, targeting, and placements.

Training & Best Practices: Providing guidance on how our team can maintain and improve campaign performance in the long run.

The goal is to increase traffic, boost engagement, and drive more volunteers, donors, and program participants to our website.

The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is dedicated to promoting educational access and opportunities for underserved communities, including refugees, displaced individuals, and marginalized groups. By optimizing our Google Ad Grants campaigns, this project will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact.

With an effective Google Ads strategy, we can:
Increase awareness of our free educational programs, mentorship initiatives, and volunteer opportunities.
Drive more traffic to our website, connecting students and educators with valuable resources.

By fine-tuning our Google Ads campaigns, you will help us transform online visibility into real-world impact, strengthening our ability to empower communities through education.

To prepare, we have activated Google Ads for our website and secured a Google Ad Grant award. We are prepared to share the login credentials to our Google Workspace. In our first session together, we'll brief you on our marketing goals, as well as our mission, vision, and purpose. Your training of our team members on Google Ads best practices will help ensure the long-term successful implementation of the great work you share with us.
