Executive Leadership Coaching

We are looking for a volunteer skilled in executive coaching to work with Founder.

Our people are what make our organization so effective. We need your help ensuring that our leaders are as prepared as possible to navigate a crisis or major shifts in program delivery by building up their empathy, agility, and decision-making skills. We are specifically interested in coaching services on some or all of the following areas:
-Change management
-Remote team oversight
-Building and maintaining organizational culture
-Earning buy-in
-Vision coaching: Vision Alignment & Strategic Clarity
-Leadership best practices
-Founder Wellness & Leadership Balance
-Team Building & Delegation
-Fundraising Confidence & Relationship Building
-Personal Brand & Public Voice

Having a mentor allows me to grow into my leadership more intentionally, with guidance that strengthens both my personal development and SelfSoulLiberate’s mission. As a founder holding both the visionary and operational weight of this work, I know support can help me lead from a place of balance and clarity. I will have the opportunity to sharpen my leadership skills and grow. For SelfSoulLiberate, can be supported by an aligned and capable leader.

Our organization is primed and ready to make this important investment. We are hoping that our volunteer can meet with Brittany Jordan (Jordan) 1-2 times per week for 60-90 minute coaching sessions.
