We are looking for a talented graphic designer to help us create a branded, reusable digital newsletter template for Creshendo. This newsletter will be used to engage supporters, share impact stories, promote programs and events, and amplify the voices of displaced and immigrant communities.

The project includes:
• Designing a responsive email template that reflects our brand (logo, colors, fonts)
• Structuring content sections such as feature stories, program highlights, calls to action, and events
• Ensuring compatibility with Active Campaign, our email platform
• Creating basic usage guidelines or a short tutorial so our staff can update the template moving forward

We are hoping to collaborate with a volunteer who can commit 2–5 hours per week for a few weeks and who has experience in nonprofit or purpose-driven design. Ideally, the design would be created in Canva, though we are open to other tools.
Creshendo’s mission is to empower displaced and immigrant communities through self-reliance, integration, and culturally rooted support systems. Clear, consistent communication is essential to that mission. The newsletter will be one of our main tools to share stories from the communities we serve, invite supporters into our work, and highlight the tangible impact of our programs.

This project directly strengthens our ability to connect with partners, donors, and advocates. By improving how we tell our story, we expand our reach, deepen trust, and increase support for our work—ultimately allowing us to serve more people in more meaningful ways.
We have already prepared the foundational elements needed to start this project. Our brand identity is clearly defined, including a logo, color palette, and fonts. We have alignment across our communications and development teams on the purpose and function of the newsletter. The goals, audience, and general structure for the content have also been outlined.

We are prepared to share all visual assets, user personas, and example newsletters. One team member will serve as the point of contact to provide feedback and manage approvals. Once complete, this newsletter will be integrated into our regular outreach, with our staff trained on how to use and update it independently.
