I need to create an employee handbook for a small Nonprofit organization (under 20 including contractors and employees) We are looking for support with defining part time staff salaried staff expectations and PTO.

At MFCA, we are on a mission to answer the call of our faith in caring for orphans by improving the lives of all Muslim foster children. We do this by supporting the foster families who care for them, through community education, support networks, and advocacy.

We have buy in from the Board and staff as well. This project will allow us to have clearly defined expectations as well as give employees a sense of belonging and consistency.
