We are seeking a skilled volunteer to help us design and build a professional website for Wellness Over Everything (WOE), a newly launched nonprofit committed to making mental health services accessible to students, teachers, and school staff in under-resourced communities.

We’d like to create a clean, engaging, and mobile-responsive website that includes:
• A homepage that captures our mission and impact
• Information about our free school-based therapy and mentoring services
• A section dedicated to our clinician training pipeline and internship opportunities
• A “Get Involved” page for volunteers, donors, and school partners
• Integration of donation functionality (via a platform like GiveButter or PayPal)
• Clear and compelling visuals and language aligned with our brand identity
A well-designed website is crucial to amplifying the impact of Wellness Over Everything. As a new nonprofit offering free mental health therapy, wellness services, and mentorship in public schools, we need a strong online presence to:
• Reach students, families, and schools who need our services
• Attract graduate-level clinician interns and supervisors to join our workforce pipeline
• Build trust with potential donors and funders by showcasing our transparency and mission
• Share stories of transformation and impact across Philadelphia

Your support will help us break down barriers to mental health access and equip the next generation of therapists—especially those who reflect the communities they serve. By volunteering your skills, you’ll be part of a movement to make wellness a right, not a privilege.
We’ve done extensive preparation to ensure a smooth and successful collaboration. We’ve already secured full internal buy-in from our team and board, gathered content, and developed a clear vision for the website’s look, feel, and functionality.

Our working site outline is titled:
Wellness Over Everything: Empowering Mental Wellness and Workforce Diversity
We’ve built out the entire structure in Framer, including all core sections and language. The site will include:
• Header Navigation: Home, About Us, Our Mission, Who We Serve, Our Work, Why It Matters, Get Involved, Contact, Donate
• Hero Section with brand-aligned headlines and calls-to-action
• About Us, Mission, Vision, and Philosophy sections that clearly communicate who we are and what we believe
• Detailed audience segments under “Who We Serve”
• A breakdown of why our approach is different
• A donation call-to-action with strong messaging
• A contact form to streamline future engagement and partnership building

In addition to the web structure, we’ve written the majority of the copy, curated brand assets, and outlined desired functionality such as donation integration and mobile responsiveness. We’re ready to provide timely feedback, meet consistently, and support your creative process.

The website will immediately become our central platform for engaging school districts, community partners, prospective interns, donors, and supporters. Your work will be highly visible and actively used to expand our reach and impact.
