We are seeking a skilled communications or fundraising professional to create consistent, compelling messaging for our fundraising efforts. The volunteer will review our current materials, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and help us craft unified messaging for grants, sponsorships, and donor outreach. The outcome will be a clear set of key messages and a short case statement that reflect our mission and strengthen donor engagement.

This project will help the Health Justice Initiative communicate its mission to advance equity at the intersection of health and social justice. By developing consistent fundraising messaging, we’ll be able to engage more partners and funders who share our commitment to addressing systemic barriers to care. Unified messaging will help us expand our programs, reach more communities impacted by health inequities, and sustain our work to promote access, dignity, and justice in health.

We’ve already identified the need for consistent fundraising messaging and have team alignment on this priority. Our leads are prepared to provide existing materials, including recent proposals, donor letters, and brand language. We have clear goals for how the messaging will be applied across channels once finalized. Our team is organized, responsive, and ready to implement recommendations to strengthen how we communicate our impact and funding needs.
