We’re seeking a skilled fundraising or project management professional to help us translate our FY26 fundraising plan into a clear, actionable calendar. The volunteer will work with our team to organize key deadlines, campaigns, grant submissions, and donor engagement activities into a timeline that ensures consistent execution. The goal is to create a user-friendly calendar that aligns our strategy, builds accountability, and keeps our fundraising efforts on track throughout the year.

A well-structured fundraising calendar will help Health Justice Initiative carry out its mission more effectively by turning our FY26 fundraising plan into an actionable roadmap. With clear timelines and milestones, we can coordinate campaigns, grant submissions, and donor engagement with greater precision. This structure will help us secure the resources needed to expand programs that advance equity, access, and justice in health.

We already have an approved FY26 fundraising plan with defined goals, priorities, and activities. Our leaders are aligned and ready to provide all materials and timelines needed to build the calendar. We’ll collaborate closely with the volunteer to ensure the calendar reflects both strategic and operational needs. Once finalized, the calendar will be integrated into our internal planning systems to guide fundraising execution and progress tracking throughout the year.
