We are seeking a volunteer to translate approximately 20 pages of English consent forms into Arabic. The volunteer will provide accurate, high-quality translations and deliver the text in an agreed-upon format. Specific file formats, review steps, and any additional materials will be discussed during volunteer interviews.

Translated consent forms will help Arabic-speaking children, youth, and families access and participate in our hospital arts workshops, increasing inclusivity and supporting Snow City Arts' mission to inspire and educate children and youth in the hospital through the arts. Our Teaching Artists have identified a strong need for Arabic forms based on the hospital populations we serve.

We will provide the English source text, context for how the forms are used, and examples of our finalized Spanish translations (already implemented in DocuSign). Once the Arabic forms are complete, we’ll immediately implement them to make our arts workshops and related opportunities more accessible to Arabic-speaking students and families.
