We are looking for an expert and experienced non profit Fundraising / Business Development Expert to help Koenig Childhood Cancer Foundation (KCCF) optimize our infrastructure.

To help KCCF scale from $3M to our next milestone, we need a strategic partner to help us move beyond grassroots efforts into a more robust corporate and major gift framework. Your expertise will help us build the "engine" that powers our outreach and donor retention.

Tasks:

Corporate Partnership Framework: Develop a "pitch deck" strategy and tiered sponsorship levels to attract and retain corporate partners.

Donor Journey Automation: Design a multi-touch communication workflow within Mailchimp and Monday.com to nurture leads from first-time donors to recurring supporters.

Revenue Diversification Strategy: Identify 2–3 new high-potential business development avenues (e.g., matching gift programs or cause-related marketing) that align with our current tech stack capabilities.

Our Current Tech Stack:

Website/Dev: [https://thekccf.org] Next.js & GitHub

Fundraising: Zeffy & Givelively

CRM/Ops: Monday.com (Work in progress)

Bookkeeping: QuickBooks Online (QBO)

Mailing: Mailchimp
KCCF was founded by teen cancer survivor Elana Koenig, who started with $900 in her piggy bank and turned it into a $3 million lifeline for families. We provide urgent financial and emotional support to children battling cancer so that no child has to fight alone.

By building our capacity, you are directly helping us direct more resources to families in crisis. When our "back-office" runs smoothly, we can focus 100% of our energy on the children we serve. Your professional skills will have a life-changing impact on our community.
To ensure we respect your time and hit your 2–5 hour weekly goal, we have prepared the following:

Access to all the required software programs and tools within our stack.

You will be provided all materials and updates to move forward efficiently.

You will have a dedicated point of contact who is ready to implement your strategic recommendations.
