We need to bring new leaders into our organization! This volunteer will create and help execute a 12-week recruitment plan to identify, engage, and secure five board candidates who commit to an ambitious give/get. This may include candidate criteria, outreach messaging, outreach channels, interview steps, and commitment materials.

Securing five committed board members with give/get commitments will strengthen Ripple Effect Artists' governance and fundraising capacity, helping sustain productions, education, and advocacy events that move audiences from apathy to action and expand the organization's ripple effect.

The volunteer will collaborate with staff and current board representatives to refine outreach, run candidate outreach, and track progress toward recruiting five members within the 12-week timeline.
