Help us set up and execute two YAMM mail merges using the organization's existing messages: one fundraising outreach to companies and one announcement about the play. Configure the YAMM template, import recipient lists, send the campaigns, and provide brief how-to guidance.

This work will help the Foundation reach potential corporate supporters and notify the community about the play, increasing awareness, participation, and funding for our arts-based bullying prevention programs. Volunteer support will directly expand our ability to engage schools, families, and partners.

We have the email copy ready and an active YAMM account. Staff will provide recipient lists and access to Google Sheets and Gmail. A volunteer can work with our team to confirm lists, run the mail merges, and leave step-by-step notes so staff can repeat the process
