Social Media Strategy and Content Calendar
Our immediate, critical goal is to promote our upcoming event at the Tanaka Farm Festival on July 11th and 12th, where we will be selling our special "369 Dragon Mist" and "Futomani" sacred geometry stickers. We want to attract local visitors to our booth.
Beyond this event, this will be an ongoing marketing effort to continuously promote the brand awareness of "369 STAR VILLAGE" and build our community. The volunteer will help us set up a sustainable posting system that we can maintain in the long run.
By creating a professional social media presence and promoting our booth at the Tanaka Farm Festival on July 11-12, this project will help us achieve the following critical goals:
Raise Awareness & Vital Funds: Successfully marketing our "369 Dragon Mist" and "Futomani"chart stickers will generate the initial awareness and funding necessary to sustain our nonprofit operations.
Attract Local & Global Supporters: A clear, consistent digital presence will allow us to connect with like-minded individuals, attracting local volunteers to join our events and a global audience to support our vision.
Bridge the Gap to Rehabilitation Centers: The momentum and visibility built through this project will give our organization the credibility needed to establish partnerships with local rehabilitation centers, allowing us to eventually bring Zen healing and sound baths to individuals in recovery.
Ultimately, this volunteer's marketing expertise will transform our passion into a structured, highly impactful movement.
Clear Assets & Information: We will provide all necessary brand details, product information for the "369 Dragon Mist" and "Futomani" stickers, and logistics for the Tanaka Farm Festival on July 11-12.
Smooth Team Communication: While I am the Founder and use AI tools to ensure clear written English, we have a dedicated core team member who speaks fluent English ready to handle virtual meetings (Zoom) and direct coordination.
Prompt Feedback: We respect the volunteer’s time and expertise, so our team will provide fast, clear feedback on all deliverables (content calendars and copy drafts) within 24 to 48 hours.
Long-Term Vision: Since this is an ongoing effort, we are committed to actively maintaining and implementing the systems and templates the volunteer creates for 369 STAR VILLAGE.
