Our nonprofit would like to consult with an experienced sales volunteer to map and streamline our inquiry-to-contract pipeline, produce a simple sales playbook with a qualification checklist, outreach and follow-up templates, and deliver a short train-the-trainer session to build staff confidence.

Improving our sales process will increase unrestricted revenue to sustain and expand ReDefiners' classes and cultural programs, advancing equity in educational opportunities and supporting upward mobility academically, socially and vocationally for youth and adults. Volunteers will help staff convert interest into funded contracts that directly support program delivery and access.

Details will be provided during volunteer interviews. We will share current outreach and presentation examples and make staff available for collaborative sessions and practice.
