HR & Legal Strategy for Hiring College Intern

CreatorsCircle is a startup nonprofit organization and we plan to recruit a paid college intern to support marketing and social media management efforts for approx. 6 - 9 months. We would like a consultation from an HR professional to ensure that we are in compliance with all federal and state HR-related requirements; specifically, we are interested in learning about the following:

- HR organizational policy for interns
- Legal HR-related forms for interns
- Payment considerations (one-time stipend vs. monthly payroll payment)
