Business Development Advice & Project Planning

Our goal for this Taproot Plus session is to receive strategic guidance on business development planning for The Hope Project, the signature initiative of Hearts United for Good (HUG). The Hope Project connects compassionate individuals, businesses, and organizations with meaningful ways to support those experiencing food insecurity, homelessness, and hardship.

We are seeking a volunteer’s support in the following areas during our 60-minute call:

Clarifying and refining our value proposition to prospective partners, sponsors, and collaborators

Brainstorming sustainable business development strategies tailored to our capacity and stage of growth

Developing or strengthening our partner/sponsor outreach pipeline and identifying new relationship-building opportunities

Reviewing or offering feedback on messaging and materials if time permits

We’re transitioning from early-stage awareness-building into more structured relationship development and impact expansion. We would especially benefit from speaking with someone who has experience in nonprofit development, mission-aligned partnerships, or strategic business growth in community-based settings.
