We are seeking strategic guidance on how to effectively position and sequence sponsorship outreach for International Yoga Day Miami, a large-scale community wellness event serving thousands of attendees.

During this 60-minute session, we would like to:

Pressure-test our current sponsorship and brand outreach approach

Discuss how to differentiate and position sponsorship opportunities for corporate, healthcare, and wellness brands

Clarify how to communicate event reach, community impact, and wellness outcomes in a way that resonates with potential sponsors

Identify common pitfalls and best practices when pursuing sponsorships for large-scale, mission-driven events

This session will help us refine our overall sponsorship strategy and ensure alignment across our marketing, grant writing, and outreach efforts.

We are actively seeking skilled volunteers who want to use their expertise to make a real community impact. Whether your background is in strategy, marketing, operations, partnerships, technology, design, or community outreach, your time and talent can help us scale access to wellness and create meaningful, measurable change.
