We are seeking advice on how to improve our techniques to build our fundraising capacity specifically for a seasonal fundraising that we call the "Welcome Baby" newborn gift baskets disturbed to new mothers who have birthed a cleft baby. In this one-hour session, we would like insights into some key sales strategies, milestones, and techniques that could help us refine our approach to sales and better connect with donors. Specifically, we would love to learn about how to approach and plan this new project pilot gifting program for new families who have a cleft baby in the hospital.
