Grant Readiness and Funding Strategy for a Queens Housing Nonprofit

NextKey Housing Access Foundation seeks an experienced nonprofit grant professional for a one-hour consultation on building a realistic funding strategy for our housing access mission in Queens. Help us assess grant readiness, identify the kinds of funders appropriate for an organization founded in 2025, and outline the core materials needed: program description, measurable outcomes, program budget, and reusable proposal narrative. We want a prioritized preparation checklist and a scope for a follow-on project to research a small set of suitable funding opportunities and develop proposal materials. Queens-based experience and knowledge of New York funders are especially welcome. We seek practical guidance and coaching for our founder; this session does not require completing applications or guaranteeing funding.
