Developing a Marketing Strategy—Where to Begin?
Context:
Time-In Moms is a new 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides moms with 90 minutes of in-home support (light house cleaning, childcare, or meal prep) at no cost, made possible by a pay-it-forward community. The challenge: right now there is very little awareness of our organization. To succeed, we need to quickly build visibility and trust so that moms start requesting services at scale.
What I’d like to discuss during the 60 minutes:
-Proven strategies for creating fast awareness and sign-ups when launching a new community-based service.
-Step-by-step actions to reach moms where they already are (e.g., local Facebook/WhatsApp groups, pediatricians’ offices, churches, schools, daycare centers).
-How to design messaging and calls-to-action that make busy moms stop, trust us, and take the 2 minutes needed to sign up.
-Tactics for leveraging word-of-mouth and referrals so that one mom’s experience leads to several more moms joining.
-Any best practices or case studies from nonprofits/grassroots movements that successfully built momentum quickly.
Goal of this call:
To leave with 3–5 specific, actionable steps I can implement immediately to dramatically increase awareness and sign-ups from moms in the next 30–60 days.
